I Power Energy Solutions LLC was founded by my wife, Irene Sauceda, in 2019, and I decided to make this my career in 2022 as the CEO of the brokerage firm.

We reside in McAllen Tx and work 100% remotely.

My lovely wife has over 15+ years in the energy industry. She has a heart for helping people and is passionate about energy. You may ask, "What about energy?" It is not about what, but why she loves doing it. The fact that she gets to help people and give them peace of mind by offering transparent services and gaining their trust is more valuable than anything else. Before starting I Power Energy Solutions, she worked for a brokerage firm to which she dedicated countless hours and years covering ground in Corpus Christi, TX/RGV, as a Business Development Manager & Sales Manager, as well as the leader of training new hires. However, it was not until she noticed changes that went against her morals and beliefs that she made a change. My wife decided to take a leap of faith and start a business, still doing what she loves but establishing a foundation of working with honesty and integrity. The trust she has gained with customers over the past years is incredible. Til this day, I have seen customers from earlier years reaching out to her just to let her know that they would like to continue doing business with her due to her work ethic. I'm not surprised; this is simply because she cares about people and about providing promising services that always go based on what's best for the customer.

Furthermore, I have had different work experiences, such as managing retail stores and physical training facilities, and have also worked in the medical industry helping people with their rehabilitation services. I'm passionate about empowering people to become better day by day! In other words, I have a strong desire to help people reach their goals. Over the past years, I have come to this conclusion: It does not matter what type of work we do; it all comes down to helping people, helping our community, and helping to make this world a better place.

Before I made the decision to make this my career, I was in the process of continuing a Doctoral degree in the health industry. However, during that time I was also in the middle of making a decision: either to follow a career or to follow God's will and plan that He had not just for me but for my marriage and family. I made a decision to follow God. I'm happy I did because now we both serve faithfully in our local church and are part of something much bigger.

We have a strong foundation in our beliefs. We give God all the glory for what He has done in our lives and what He will continue to do. Not only that, but we want to be a blessing to others as well.

This is why I believe we are set apart in what we do. We understand that in this industry, many have had a bad experience, lack understanding of how energy works, or find it challenging to find the best supplier and price for their pocket. It can become overwhelming. However, we have been able to help customers like you not only with long-term savings but have also managed to keep our customers with us for the long haul. We have 100% customer retention, and we are proud to say that. This would not be possible if our customers did not trust in what we do, in our goals, and values.

One thing I understand is that customers do not care about how much you know until they know how much you care. Here at I Power Energy Solutions, we care about people. We listen. We believe that as your business grows, we grow.
