Our Story:
I Power Energy Solutions LLC was founded in 2019 by my wife, Irene Sauceda, with a vision of building a business rooted in honesty, integrity, and genuine customer care. In 2022, I, Braian Sauceda, joined the company full-time as CEO, turning this shared vision into a career and a purpose we could pursue together.

Irene brings more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Throughout her career, she has served in business development and sales management roles, led the training of new employees, and developed lasting relationships with business owners across South Texas, including Corpus Christi and the Rio Grande Valley.

Over the years, she gained extensive industry knowledge and firsthand experience helping businesses navigate their energy needs. However, what has always motivated her most is not simply the industry itself, but the opportunity to help people.

For Irene, there is something especially meaningful about giving customers peace of mind, earning their trust, and knowing they have someone who genuinely cares about their best interests.

After years in the brokerage industry, she recognized the importance of building a business that reflected her own values and principles. She took a leap of faith and founded I Power Energy Solutions, determined to create a company where honesty and integrity would always remain at the heart of every relationship.

Today, one of the greatest rewards of her work is hearing from customers she has served years earlier who continue to reach out because they trust her, value her work ethic, and want to continue doing business with her. Those relationships are a reminder that genuine service leaves a lasting impression.
A Shared Passion for Helping Others

My professional journey, Braian's, has taken me through several industries, including retail management, fitness, and healthcare, where I worked in rehabilitation services. Throughout these experiences, one thing remained constant: my passion for helping people improve their lives and reach their goals.

Before making energy consulting my full-time career, I was pursuing further education toward a doctoral degree in healthcare. During that season of my life, I faced an important decision about my future — whether to continue along my existing professional path or follow what I believed God was calling me to do for my life, marriage, and family.
I chose to follow God's direction, and I am grateful for that decision. Today, Irene and I have the opportunity to build a business together while faithfully serving in our local church and being part of something greater than ourselves.
Our faith is an important part of who we are. It shapes our values, influences how we treat others, and reminds us that success is not measured solely by what we accomplish, but also by how we serve those around us.
We give God all the glory for what He has done in our lives and for the opportunities He continues to place before us. Our desire is to use those opportunities to be a blessing to others, both through our business and within our community.
